We require an administrator to join our growing business based on Gorgie Road, Edinburgh - Initially on a three month contract with a view for extension, to help our office manager and managing director on a part time basis - possibly two / three days a week (days to be determined at interview)

General duties will include:

Meeting and greeting students / tenants / guests

Booking viewings and possibly attending check in's

Answering phone calls and emails

Sorting and distributing post

Promoting aspects of the business

Keeping up to date with social media sites

General Admin duties

Ideally you will have:

Strong PC skills

Excellent communication skills, with a polite and courteous manner

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Book keeping experience would be beneficial, but not essential

Must have a drivers license and be able to drive
