Part Time Administrator Telecoms, Elstree, Herts

£8 per hour. Monday – Thursday 12.30 – 5.30 pm, Friday 12.00 – 5 pm

Cellphone Connect have been an established telecommunications company since 1997, we offer a variety of voice and data solutions to the corporate market as well as directly to the general public. We have direct relationships with all the major mobile networks.

Due to expansion we now require a Part Time Admin Assistant to join the team at our head office in Elstree, Herts.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of one year’s administration experience.

Job Role:

To work as part of the Administration team

Key duties and responsibilities:

• To ensure orders, invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• To answer the telephone and direct calls as appropriate.

• To ensure all information is accurate prior to processing orders.

• To help in the dispatch department.

Key requirements and qualities:

• 12 months office experience.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

• Good working knowledge of MS packages/Email (outlook).

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Extremely organised and ability to multi-task.
